1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any NPH Lab game or service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About the Service
NPH Lab builds free, ad-supported mobile applications spanning entertainment, finance, health & fitness, photography, tools, and media. The service may include fictional game scenarios, interactive screens, chat-like features, simulated calls, step tracking, budget management, QR scanning, image recovery, movie discovery, leaderboards, advertising, analytics, and other app systems.
Our current apps include: Idol Prank 2026, QR Code Scanner, Money Tracker, Step Tracker 2026, Image Recovery AI 2026, and Moovee. This list may grow as we publish new apps under the NPH Studio developer account.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the service in your country and, where required, have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our games are not directed to children under 13, and some features may be restricted to older users depending on local laws and platform policies.
4. License to Use the Service
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for entertainment purposes only. This license does not give you ownership of the game, its code, assets, artwork, characters, sound effects, or trademarks.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or try to extract source code unless allowed by law;
- use bots, scripts, cheats, or automation to interfere with gameplay or ads;
- attempt to bypass ad systems, consent flows, age gates, or safety controls;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users;
- upload harmful content, malware, or illegal material;
- misuse any simulated call, chat, or notification feature as a real-world service.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Our games are primarily monetized through in-app advertising (IAA). Ads may be personalized or contextual depending on your device settings, consent preferences, age signals, and region.
Third-party ad networks, analytics providers, and crash-reporting tools may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We may update partners over time as long as the service remains ad-supported and compliant with applicable rules.
7. Virtual Items, Rewards, and Game Progress
Any virtual items, points, rewards, boosts, or in-game progress are provided for entertainment only, have no real-world cash value unless we explicitly say otherwise, and may be changed, reset, or removed at any time.
8. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may add, remove, or change features at any time, including gameplay, ad frequency, rewards, or availability of content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance or platform restrictions may occasionally limit access.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for other users, the app, our partners, or our business.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPH Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NPH Lab’s operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in a competent court or forum as required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
